Liz Koors is Chief of Staff at Shadmoor Advisors, where she plays a key role in firm operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional project execution. She initially joined the firm as a Special Project Coordinator in August 2023 and transitioned to a full-time position in January 2025.

Before joining Shadmoor, Ms. Koors was a kindergarten teacher's assistant at the Housatonic Valley Waldorf School in Newtown, CT, where she also contributed to the school’s Development and Staff Development Committees.

Earlier in her career, she spent over four years at OMD, the world’s largest media agency, where she managed high-profile print media accounts for clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Beiersdorf, Best Buy, and FedEx. Her responsibilities included media buying, campaign strategy, and oversight of marketing programs with total billings exceeding $200 million.

Ms. Koors holds a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College, where she graduated in 2003.
