Michelle Perry joined Shadmoor Advisors as a Director of Operational Due Diligence in September 2023. She brings over two decades of experience in operational due diligence, audit, and transaction services across global financial institutions.

Before joining Shadmoor, Ms. Perry served as Head of Operational Due Diligence at Galaxy Digital, a leading firm in the digital asset and blockchain ecosystem. Prior to that, she was a Director of Operational Due Diligence and ESG & Sustainability Officer at Aksia. Ms. Perry also led the global Operational Due Diligence team for alternative investments at Santander Asset Management, working across both London and New York.

Ms. Perry began her career at Deloitte, holding senior roles in audit and transaction services in Sydney, London, and Cape Town.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town and is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa). Ms. Perry is currently based in Cape Town.
